Labiaplasty is a procedure performed on women who dislike the large size of their labia minora, which may cause embarrassment with a sexual partner or discomfort in tight pants, with sports, or during sexual intercourse. Some women are born with enlarged labia and therefore opt to have labiaplasty; whereas others develop the enlargement with age or from child-birth. Occasionally, a woman is self-conscious of her labia since childhood. A labia reduction (labiaplasty) procedure can be performed to reduce the labia minora.

The operation is generally carried out under local anesthesia, in which case the injection administration involves little pain, but for the entire duration of the surgery is well known provide pain relief.

However, if you want to avoid this, you can also have i.v. sedation, anesthesia. During surgery remove  any excess of the labia minora is removed, and also care about to establish the appropriate form and integrity of the sensitive parts (eg. the clitoris). The hood of the clitoris is reduced as well in case of need.

After the surgery, normal sensitivity is fully preserved. Absorbable sutures are used to avoid suture removal, these sutures absorb and fall out themselves.

After surgery, there is virtually no pain, but little or some more swelling, with little tension and discomfort can occur.

Primary recovery time is approx. three weeks.  Total recovery takes about three months, after that you forget about your surgery. Everything will be very natural and aesthetic.
